Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Information Technology and Management or related field and three 3 years of experience in job offered or as a Sales Analytics Manager or related occupation. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br Position requires progressive, postbachelors experience 5 years with Bachelors or 3 years with Masters, which must include some experience in each of the following skillsbr br 1. Business analysis including development of the analytical framework, relevant data identification, gathering and structuring of the data, performing the appropriate analysis using the problem framework, hypotheses testing, creation and presenting recommendationsbr 2. Business process reengineering following the business analysis, including identification of processes to reengineer, solution development, implementation, and monitoringevaluating the reengineered processesbr 3. R and Python programming to develop and maintain operations and management reportingbr 4. Programming with R Python to automate reporting and manual tasksbr 5. SQL to develop and maintain operations and management reporting.
