Specific Skills This position requires a Ph.D. or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field and 2 years related experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 exploration, proof of concept, and development of novel formulation and delivery system technologies for new and registered active ingredients; 2 staying abreast of new discoveries and technologies in formulation technology e.g, colloidal sciences, rheology, polymer chemistry, etc.; 3 ability to collaborate with crossfunctional scientific research teams such as Biology, Analytical, and Discovery to conduct research and develop products that can deliver the desired attributes; 4 developing and validating test protocols for the evaluation of physicochemical properties of new formulations; and 5 experience in nanotechnology and delivery vehicle for biological products such as RNA and proteins. Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Ph.D program.
