Specific Skills This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field and 3 years related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field and 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 designing and implementing supply chain and logistics solutions in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Retail focusing on operational planning and process improvement; 2 performing data mining and statistical modeling to gain business insights and build operational strategy; 3 managing key performance metrics of third party logistics providers service levels and other key performance measurements; 4 improving processes, systems, operational performance, logistics analytics, reporting and ensuring success of the total endtoend Retail Supply Chain; and 5 utilizing the following tools and technologies SQL, Excel, Tableau, Access, Oracle, Hadoop, Hive, SAS, Python, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, JDA Transportation Manager, JDA Transportation Modeler, PC Miler, JIRA, and Domo. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolisarea Target office, as directed.
