Specific Skills Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, MIS Intermediate Analyst or related position involving development of data reporting and dashboard solutions for the Banking industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include Data analysis of quantitative and financial models to support decision making; Data manipulation and transformation techniques including aggregation and attribute construction; Development and deployment of reports and visualizations in Business Intelligence software including Microstrategy, Business Objects, SQL Server and relational databases; Excel VBA and MS Access database development; Analysis of variance VAR, Standard Deviation, predictive level modeling using regression techniques in R and Python Data Visualization; SQL, M, Dax for Report configuration, calculated fields, metrics and reporting scheduling; HR processes, data and ERP applications including PeopleSoft HRMS. At least 2 years must include Architecture, data models and analytic reporting modules; ERP business processes and configuration and impact on HR reporting analytics; Process design, mapping and automation using MS Visio; Creating and consolidating data metrics and articulating insights; Running statistical models in SAS, R and interpreting results for predictive, root cause analysis and text mining.
