Designing and developing analogmixed signal SerDes macros from initial concept and specification, through final verification and conformance to customer requirements.br 2. Utilizing SerDes standards and their electrical requirements to implement compliant highspeed interface IP.br 3. Acting as block owner responsible for circuit design, correct physical implementation and working with silicon validation team to prove block compliance with electrical standards.br 4. Utilizing designs that may include but not limited to Driver; Receiver; Serializer; Deserializer; Phase Interpolator; Low jitter PLL; High Speed Clock Distribution; Bias and Bandgap; and Voltage Regulators.br 5. Working with custom layout team to ensure proper physical implementation of circuit design.br 6. Fully documenting design with required design reviews, checklists, and customer documentation with technical design and analysis techniques used and results obtained.br 7. Utilizing appropriate CAD tools to allow for robust design.br 8. Working in a team environment to solve challenging problems and produce high quality interface IP.
