特殊技能 This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Operations, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years related supply chain experience. Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following 1 Generating financial and market intelligence by collecting and analyzing data on supply chain operations using multiple analytical tools such as SQL and Power Pivot to identify problematic areas and trend data to support recommendations for action; 2 Using DAX Data Analysis Expressions and Power BI to integrate the current reporting framework with ERP solution, proposing agile reports capturing real time data, and providing critical information to senior management for quick and informed decisionmaking; 3Working with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments to develop, execute, and monitor projects for enhanced service delivery, and planning and implementing supply chain optimization projects to improve inventory management process; 4 Providing manufacturing decisionmaking information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements; and 5 Performing Process Mapping, Business Blueprinting, and GAP Analysis to evaluate future TOBE process postERP customization to improve process efficiency or performance. 20 domestic travel required to collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Employer will accept experience gained before, during, or after Masters degree program. Candidates must pass a drug test before beginning employment.
