The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular position, because a Senior Manager Tax is a senior level role within our structure. The work involves subject matter expertise, monitoring of client service teams, conducting client engagements, supervising senior staff, and being in office leadership. In order to have effective ability, skills and credibility to function in this senior level role, a Senior Manager Tax must have significant relevant qualifications. This level of ability with accounting and taxes responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Senior Manager Tax in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
