Position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering or a related field and three years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role. Position also requires three years of experience developing largescale, multitiered, multithreaded distributed software applications using Java and Python; three years of experience with AWS S3, DynamoDB, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Consul, RedisElastiCache, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, NoSQL, and RESTful API; three years of experience developing data ingestion systems as well as big data and cloud computing services; three years of experience with agile development methodologies; three years of experience with unit and integration testing; one year of experience implementing data mining and process mining techniques; one year of experience building and optimizing distributed, realtime query engines capable of scanning billions of rows per second on average; Experience with OLAP systems, endtoend debugging, columnoriented storage and Abstract Syntax Tree; Experience optimizing columnar storage, including low level APIs for writingreading from buffers, different encoding and compression algorithms.
