Specific Skills This position requires a Bachelors degree or an equivalent foreign degree in Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer working in the medical device field. Must also have 3 years of experience which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above with the followingbr br Performing root cause analysis and implementing and completing Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPAs;br Qualification and validation process and ensuring compliance with quality systems regulations and international standards for medical devices including ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements;br Knowledge of Design control methodology for medical devices and medical processes;br Working with the PLC software development language and programming principles, imagingbased automatic inspection and analysis, electric and electronic principles of pneumatics;br Applying mathematical concepts including probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of plain and solid geometry and trigonometry on a scientific level;br Project management, product lifecycle management tools Windchill, spreadsheets, production processes, SOPs, drawings, machine specifications, test equipmentfixtures and creating, interpreting and updating product, machine or equipment specification, procedures and drawings.
