Specific Skills Requires a Bachelors degree in Biology or a related field. Must have the following experience Running immunoassays and other biochemical assays both commercial ELISA and custombr platebased, cell culture techniques, and molecular biology techniques immunoblotting and protein labeling; Handling high volume of human samples, managing concurrent experiments,br and multitasking with multiple project responsibilities in an optimal fashion; Running and developing various assays to assess kidney function using human samples; Kidney biology andbr immunology, urinary biological markers of kidney function as well as infectious diseases; Acute and chronic kidney disease models including Alport Syndrome; Running ex vivo and in vitrobr assays in close collaboration with in vivo team members; Cell culture work including good microscope technique for observing cell count and other cell properties; and Conductingbr extensive literature review for experimental study design, performing data analysis, giving research project presentations, and documentation of kidney biology related research findings.Per Executive Order, Regeneron requires all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID19, unless they are legally entitled to an accommodation for medical or religious reasons.
