In the alternative, employer will accept a Ph.D. degree, or foreign equivalent, in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field, and 3 years experience in therapeutics research and development in industry environment.br The position also requires experience in the following skills, which may be gained concurrentlybr br 1 year experience in therapeutics discovery studies to improve the efficacy and potency of oligonucleotide therapeutics.br 1 year experience with cytotoxicity assays like LDH and ADPATP to screen for apoptosis, cell proliferation and necrosis.br 1 year experience in plating, culturing and maintenance of Patient derived iCell neurons using High throughput system, BRAVO.br 1 year experience in data processing using analysis pipeline developed by Waves Data Science team, KNIME.br 1 year experience processing murine in vivo samples including pulverization to isolate RNA and perform downstream assays like qPCR.br 1 year experience performing and troubleshooting murine invivo samples treated with oligonucleotides siRNA or antisense to evaluate protein levels using Wes Jess instruments and analyzing data on Protein simple software.
