Leading plan and implementation of information technology projects involving SaaS based Care Coordination software for large healthcare plans involving Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of businesses.br 2. Supporting creation of Statement of Work SOW contract, ensuring scope product modules, deliverables implementation plans, requirement documents, testing strategy, test, and production environments setup, assumptions, risks, and resource needs are defined for implementation.br 3. Developing Work Breakdown Structure WBS to establish program metrics and key deliverables aligned with Software Development Life Cycle SDLC methodology.br 4. Partnering with crossfunctional teams, Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to plan product features delivery for Care Coordination, Utilization Management, Appeals Grievances, Social Determinants of Health SDOH, and Population Health risk management.br 5. Working crossfunctionally with inbound and outbound data interface, Tableau data reporting, and business analysis teams to plan loading and testing of sample and production data in the software platform.br 6. Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communication; developing and maintaining RACI, RAID log, and JIRA dashboard to track real time project status; and presenting weekly dashboard reports to stakeholders.br 7. Conducting and leading client leadership calls to address high severity level project risks such as implementing state regulations for ODAG and CDAG Part C and D Medicare reports, and identifying mitigation plans in collaboration with product management and clinical teams.br 8. Tracking project deliverables using tools such as One Drive, MS project, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Jira.br br Position requires telecommuting, applicant may reside anywhere in U.S., and report to San Francisco, CA.br Position requires 25 travel, fully reimbursed by employer.br Experience must be postbaccalaureate and progressively responsible.
