Experience must include two years of experience in each of the followingbr 1. Applying principles of architectural design, building material selection, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and building costs and codes;br 2. Producing construction documents including technical drawings, specifications, finishes and renderings;br 3. Developing computational design solutions;br 4. Incorporating sustainable design strategies for architectural projects;br 5. Designing LEED or Greenstar certified projects;br 6. Using Integrated Project Delivery principles;br 7. Utilizing AutoCAD;br 8. Using RhinocerosGrasshopper, Sketchup, and Autodesk 3D modelingAnalysis tools and at least two of the following digital rendering tools VRay, Enscape, Lumion or Adobe After Effects;br 9. Researching products, detailing, and other materials for use in design; andbr 10. Designing to local code requirements.br Experience must also include one year of experience via work andor coursework utilizing Revit and at least one of the following Digital 2D graphic documenting tools Adobe Creative Suite or Bluebeam Revu. Experience may be gained concurrently.
