This role requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields, plus 6 years of experience in the offered or a related role.br br This role requires 6 years of experience in all of the following Proven experience sourcing and hiring top engineering talent, including managerial talent; Various blockchain protocols and strategies around cryptocurrencybased financial services software such as Ethereum Transaction Fee Reduction or Cross Chain recoveries; Building blockchain indexing software; Experience with architectural patterns of large, highvolume applications; Proven understanding of business goals and strategy and how that drives direction within an engineering department; Balancing business requirements from various independent stakeholders with problems that impede work execution and delivery, while driving the highest ROI initiatives; Ability to translate a complex arrangement of software components into a cohesive architecture that yields clean, efficient, and highly maintainable code; Shipping multiple projects and services to large scale consumers; and Strong working knowledge of modern software development methodologies, software design patterns, and SDLC.br br This role requires 2 years of experience managing and leading development teams.
