Must have three 3 years of experience Implementing Workday using HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, BIRT, Advanced Reporting, and Recruiting certifications; Implementing Workday Talent products for both medium and large enterprises; Delivering tactical knowledge transfers, and demonstrations of Workday Talent products; Configuring customized security in multiple talent security domains and business process configurations; Building custom reports to extract and analyze critical data, formulate graphs, and create interactive grids; Creating multiple calculated fields to formulate and capture data; Utilizing calculated fields to build custom reports, grids, and condition rules; Customizing Talent dashboards, worklets, and embedded worklets on business processes; Utilizing Workday Studio to build custom BIRT layouts and integrate into the tenant; Utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders EIBs to load large amounts of client data; Leveraging migration tools such as Configuration Packages and Object Transporter to transfer product configuration from tenant to tenant; Offering ongoing Post GoLive support; Collaborating with Workday professionals from other functional areas to deliver a successful configuration compatible with other nonTalent Workday products; Leveraging the Workday Resource Center and Workday Community to research product features and new functionality updates; Must have and maintain Workday HCM Certification; and Must have and maintain Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, BIRT, Advanced Reporting, Launch, and Recruiting certifications.br br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Communications or a related field and one 1 year of experience in the position offered, as a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Workday HCM Analyst, or a related position, as well as one 1 year of experience with the listed skills plus the above listed certifications.br br The employer will accept pre or postMasters experience.
