Or, alternatively, a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or closelyrelated willing to accept foreign education equivalent and sixty months of experience in experience with SarbanesOxley, internal audit and SOC 2 projects, and ITGC security and privacy controls evaluations and risk assessments. The qualified candidate must be a CPA or possess a CISA certification. Specific skillsother requirements Experience must include quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section DE performing root cause analysis for IT controls deficiencies identified, conducting mitigating procedures, assessing the impact of internal control deficiencies on overall financial statement audit procedures and the opinions issued for internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX Section 404 and formulating recommendations to internal and external stakeholders; DE in a Big Four audit setting, working with Fortune 500 clients and private companies, performing auditing including conducting walkthroughs and interviews with clients to understand key business process and IT system, testing of the design, operating effectiveness of internal controls and preparing the audit workpapers in accordance with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA standards, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards GAAS, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP, COBIT, SarbanesOxley SOX, Trust Services Principles TSP, and COSO frameworks; DE defining work flows, defining business, functional and technical requirements documents, detailed project planning, defining internal control test criteria and data, testing, status monitoring, problem tracking and resolution; DE performing detailed IT risk assessments, risk ranking, automated control design, control gap analysis, and manual control design of client business controls and IT controls; DE utilizing network and application security assessment tools and methodologies to manage and address security and control issues with technologies, including UnixLinux, Windows servers, Oracle, SQL and DB2 databases, mainframe, firewalls, routers, wireless environments, mobile devices, and cloud computing. Position requires 30 travel.
