Experience must have included two 2 years of experience using CAD software to draft two dimensional layouts; and one 1 year of experience with the following; ordering capital equipment and tracking to budget plan; understanding manufacturing equipment specifications, ordering, runoff, installation and validation of equipment; using Application of lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, drive efficiency improvements, and maintain continuous improvement processes; conducting PFMEA Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis to develop and implement shop floor controls and pokeyokes; using process engineering tools including Time Studies and line balancing; and, utilizing problem solving skills such as Design of Experiment and 8Ds.
