Experience must include five years of conducting sessions to understand companys current IAM environment and associated challenges, and capturing requirements to implement desired IAM solution; designing High Level Design Document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required process logic; designing Low Level Design Document containing detailed functional logic of each module, pseudo code, database tables, dependency issues; developing code utilizing programming languages including Java and J2EE; designing and implementing centralized identity and access management processes including user access, provisioning and deprovisioning to target systems, user reconciliation and password synchronization on target systems; implementing CA Advanced Authentication, CA Single SignOn, CA Identity Manager, CA Identity Portal, SailPoint Identity Now and SailPoint IdentityIQ deployments through complete system development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products, and testing unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing; integrating IAM products with Active Directory, Workday, OKTA, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Supply chain management solutions; administering GRC and maintaining rule set SoD and critical access per business requirements, and configuring roles, entitlements, and tasks and customizing aggregations in client applications; developing and implementing Joiner, Mover and Leaver Scenarios; and conducting client meetings, product demonstrations and providing regular status updates, and developing proposals, working on sales initiatives, developing thoughtknowledge, and leading practice guidelines. Position requires approximately 50 travel.
