Must have five 5 years of experience Utilizing Workday Financials and Workday HCM, including both Financial Reporting and HCM Reporting and Analytics; utilizing expert functional, technical, analytical, researchfocused, and project management knowledge and skills to consult with clients and perform assigned duties on internal, client, and partnerled projects; following standard Workday methodology, tools, and templates; identifying and assisting in developing new business opportunities with existing clients, supporting sales efforts, and participating in developing sales proposals, in conjunction with sales teams and consulting resources by preparing scope statements, work estimates, and project plans for time and materials, fixed bid, and nottoexceed contracts; presenting a full range of products that may be large, complex, and strategic to large and executive level audiences; and developing and training colleagues to master product and demonstrate strong consultative skills. Must have three 3 years of experience Utilizing Workday Prism and Workday Adaptive Insights. 80 travel required to various and unanticipated client and company locations nationally.
