Specific Skills Candidates must have at least a Masters degree in Architecture or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in residential and commercial design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience completing multiple phases of architectural design, including CAD modeling, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Must have at least two years of experience developing deliverables such as architectural drawings, computerized renderings, and physical models and analyzing technical specifications, materials, systems, construction techniques, and building codes. Must have at least two years of experience administering multiple aspects of the construction process, including site visits, field reports, and construction submittal review, and coordinating between clients, contractors, and consultants. Must be proficient in ArchiCad, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and VRay. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
