Specific Skills This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field and five years of related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Leading global or regional projects on new business initiatives in digital agriculture; working with international and local teams. 2 Developing and implementing digital agriculture strategies for a business unit in a diverse market environment. 3 Coordinating and managing a digital agriculture product portfolio; evaluating new market opportunities with internal and external stakeholders. 4 Localizing and adapting global and regional digital agriculture products and programs to cater to specific market needs. 5 Conducting market research and product experiments to support digital agriculture product and marketing decisions. 6 Engaging in digital transformation in a large agribusiness environment as well as product management in a startup environment. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Must pass a background check and drug test before beginning employment.
