Specific Skills Qualified applicants will have a Master of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Biotechnology or a related field and 5 years of research experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology or a related field and 8 years of research experience. Must have the following experience Maintenance, transfection and viral transduction of adherent and in suspension mammalian cell cultures, including culture of primary immune cells; Production, titration and purification of recombinant AAV and lentiviral vectors in BSL2 and BSL2 conditions; Development of cellbased assays for detection of reporter proteins expression fluorescentbased and luciferase reporter; Basic molecular biology techniques molecular cloning, nucleic acids extraction and purification, PCR, qPCR; Analysis of proteins expression from cell cultures and animal tissues with basic biochemical and immunological assays including western blot, ELISA, and multiplexed flow cytometry; Microscopy brightfield and epifluorescence; Dosing of mice with recombinant viral vectors and proteins via intravenous, subcutaneous, and intraperitoneal injections, blood and tissue collection from mice; Management and execution of a high number of biochemical and immunological assays in parallel; Designing and carrying out experiments, troubleshooting techniques, performing data analysis, providing data reports and presenting experimental results in various types of meetings; Bioinformatic and biological data analysis software MacVector, BLAST, GraphPad, FlowJo, ImageJ; and Maintaining reagents inventory and a lab notebook.br br Per Executive Order, Regeneron requires all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID19, unless they are legally entitled to an accommodation for medical or religious reasons.
