Specific Skills Requires a Bachelors degree 3 or 4 year or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or related field and 7 years of experience as Senior Lead Analyst, FPA SVP, Manager, Head of Financial Reporting or related position involving capital planning and capital and liquidity reporting for the financial services industry. 7 years of experience must include Assessing process and data flows and identifying root causes; Developing audit strategies and programs to address key risks; Developing process and control recommendations to address internal controls and risks; Communicating with regulators and exchange commissions on Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process ICAAP; Enhancing capital planning processes for compliance with evolving regulatory developments; Conveying complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders; Delivering written and oral presentations; Project management activities; Bloomberg, Factset; and Reporting tools including Excel and PowerPoint. At least 5 years must include stress testing. Proof of full vaccination against COVID19 required prior to commencing employment.
