特殊技能:The Director of Strategic Sourcing position requires a Masters degree in Business Administration MBA or Mechanical, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering and 5 years of experience in sourcing procurement. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with each of the following Lean transformation projects, Value Stream Mapping events and championing project portfolio pipeline of savings and value plans in alignment with category and business strategies; establishing Supplier Relationship Business Forums as well as Supplier Performance measurement and dashboards; and partner with Operations Stakeholders to influence and support business strategy leveraging supply market insights and ensure alignment between sourcing and category strategies. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with each of the following medical device industry standards and regulatory requirements to include FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 9001 and GMP Good Manufacturing Practices; and leading Kaizen events utilizing Time studies, Value analysis and Value engineering VAVE, standard work, line balancing to improve the efficiency of the production lines. 25 domestic and international travel required.
