特殊技能 Prior experience must include five 5 years applying understanding of products, that include Cash Equity, CFD, Convertible Bonds, Equity Rights, ETFs, Equity Swaps, Equity Warrants, FX, Indices CustomBaskets, Listed Futures, Listed Options, NonDeliverable Forwards, OTC Forwards, OTC Options and Optional Dividends; working with Equity Derivatives with a focus on delta1 derivatives, including their operational mechanics and how clients and trading counterparties use them; applying understanding of how the equity, dividend and financing components in an equity swap contract interact to generate cashflows; calculating the valuation and PnL of an equity swap at any point in time, based on the terms of the contract and market inputs, to resolve differences with clients; applying understanding of equity swap lifecycle events and how they influence the payoff of performance for settlement; working on the different types of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions that are applicable to cashequity and its derivatives; applying understanding of regulatory and industry practices in the development of new equity derivative products; working with clients and internal stakeholders to address competing priorities and managing expectations; working with Equity Derivatives client reporting, including explaining to clients how to read the economic data that is reflected in the client reports, to enable reconciliation vs. expected product mechanics; and collaborating with engineers and strategists to model project deliveries, evaluate rootcause of trade breaks, and assess costbenefits of proposals to clients.
