Prior experience must include 7 years in a Government intelligence investigations role on cyber threats; 1 year in the finance industry managing a Threat Intelligence Program for one or multiple regions; Threat modeling, threat hunting and penetration testing; Working with honeypots and sinkholes; Conducting malware analysis, log analysis and network packet capture and analysis; Recruiting and training cyber threat intelligence analysts; Intelligence investigations; Analytic standards and tradecraft; Log analysis SIEM and network packet capture and analysis; Breaking down complex threats and providing mitigation solutions at all network levels, including FW, WAF, EDR, and Proxy; Running threat intelligence response exercises; Managing cyber threat intelligence vendors; Network security, authentication, cryptography, and application security; Identifying cyber threats which may jeopardize organization andor partner interests; Documenting and communicating complex technical and programmatic information; and Evaluating information for reliability, validity, and relevance. 510 national and international travel required.br br J.12. Cristian Tancov earned a Masters degree in Computer and Information Technology Information Technology Security from Military Technical Academy in Bucharest2011. This degree was evaluated to be the equivalent of a Master of Science degree in Information Security from an accredited US college or university, which is a related field to Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
