Specific Skills Masters degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent or related field plus three years of experience performing product development for project deliverables. Experience must include three years of performing requirements gathering to develop and enhance tax data collection tools through use of technologies, including XMLXSLT, .Net, and SQL HTMLCSS; working with process and technology leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency gain through process automation, and leveraging technology solutions to streamline tax data collection workflow processes; developing and implementing effective thirdparty integration applications to connect tax compliance tools, including CCH tax software; serving as escalation point for client service issues related to product development, and working with senior team members to ensure adoption of full product features; participating in all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, development and implementation of the systems using technologies, including .Net Full Stack; working in Scrum and Agile methodologies to build customizations; defining key components of the product development team builds, and leading crossfunctional teams through all phases of the product development from conception through launch; and identifying potential gaps and risks, and assisting in root cause analysis and remediation of all identified risks through implementation of continuous improvement program. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree and five years of experience as stated above. Position requires approximately 25 travel.
