At this level of seniority, employees are expected to be able to perform all tasks with little or no guidance from others, and this specific role includes such advanced duties as mentoring less experienced employees in a variety of roles and leading the design of a data insights pipeline. The requirement of 7 years of experience ensures that candidates for this position will be able to perform the duties with the required level of competence.
