特殊技能 Must have two 2 years of experience with timely and accurately executing transactions in cash bonds, including government bonds US Treasuries, European government bonds and Japanese Government Bonds; both nominal and inflationlinked, corporate bonds, and Supras, Sovereigns and Agency SSAs; modeling and executing various over the counter interest rate and credit derivative products transactions for institutional users of these products, including interest rate swaps across G10, EM, PacRim and LATAM, inflation swaps USD, GBP, and EUR, basis swaps, cross currency swaps, asset swaps Japanese Government Bonds and Corporates Bonds, bond forwards, total return swaps both single security and index, futures, swaptions payers, receivers, and straddles, and capsfloors; executing OTC over the counter exotics, including callable swaps, amortizingaccreting swaps, flooredrounded LIBOR London Interbank Offered Rate swaps, and dual range accruals; acting as liaison between transaction personnel at client including trader and portfolio manager and internal trading staff to negotiate and execute cash and derivative transactions; conveying nuanced messaging between internal and external constituents within the context of a fastpaced and stressful environment; communicating complex economic and interest rate market views and dynamics to clients of varying levels of experience and sophistication; inputting economic terms and details into bookingrisk management systems to accurately capture and confirm cash and derivative transactions including cash bondsnominal and inflationlinked government bonds, corporate bonds, and Supras, Sovereigns and Agency SSAs; as well as derivative products, including interest rate swaps, inflation swaps, basis swaps, cross currency swaps, asset swaps, bond forwards, total return swaps, futures, swaptions, and capsfloors; liaising with operations on several processes, including the settlement of both cash and derivative transactions, the transmission of trade confirmation documents, and handling of novations and option expiries; industryspecific software, including Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and Thomson Reuters; microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and advanced Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and macros, required; involvement with the following account types whether as primary coverage or in a sales backup role asset managers, insurers, regional banks, hedge funds, mortgage servicers, pension funds, endowments, and proprietary trading firms; primary issuance process for Treasuries, Supras, Sovereigns and Agency SSAs and Corporate bonds, including the following responsibilities taking orders, sharing book color, communicating allocations, handling deal hedges both in cash and derivative form, and sending confirmations; assisting legal and onboarding teams in negotiating various documents required to establish the trading relationship with a counterparty, including ISDAs International Swaps and Derivatives Association Agreements, CSAs Credit Support Annexes, and MRAs Master Repurchase Agreements; navigating clients through the LIBORSOFR London Interbank Offered Rate Secured Overnight Financing Rate transition, while monitoring the different deadlines, rules, fallbacks and opportunities in the space; performing quantitative analysis to evaluate the performance and payoff of different trade structures in different interest rate or volatility scenarios; and understanding and enforcing the regulations imposed by the CFTC Commodity Futures Trading Commission, including the impact of UMR Uncleared Margin Rules, SIMM Standard Initial Margin Model for Noncleared Derivatives, and Dodd Frank.br br FINRA Series 3, 7, 63 Licenses required.br br Travel Requirement 10 for client meetings.
