Coach CSMs to develop high quality customer success plans considering change management impact.br br Position also requires at least some experience or at least one semester of graduatelevel coursework in each of the following skillsbr 5. Work with Consulting and Support to position the best services required to achieve their desired business outcomes. Engaging Sales, Consulting, Support, and the Outcome Engineering Practice to develop key industry outcomes supporting capabilitiesbr 6. Support Technical Solutions Executives to ensure acceleration plans and services are properly positioned within expansion plans.br 7. Gather data followed by statistical analysis to measure impact of the adoption.br 8. Experience utilizing Design Thinking principles to innovate adoption, Business Case Justification
