The two 2 years of design experience must include experience with all of the following AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Grasshopper, Enscape, and 3D Max; Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; Prepare full Design Development sets in Revit; Work on both architectural and interior space planning; Work on the core and shell of a building, including experience with elevator units and curtain walls; Conceptualize and develop project design concepts for commercial office buildings, mixed use buildings, and multifamily building typologies; AND Working knowledge of sustainable building practices. In the alternative, we will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience with working on both architectural and interior design in design firm environment. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive design experience must include experience with all of the following AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Grasshopper, Enscape, and 3D Max; Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; Prepare full Design Development sets in Revit; Work on both architectural and interior space planning; Work on the core and shell of a building, including experience with elevator units and curtain walls; Conceptualize and develop project design concepts for commercial office buildings, mixed use buildings, and multifamily building typologies; AND Working knowledge of sustainable building practices. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
