特殊技能:Minimum education and experience required Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Business or foreign equivalent degree 2 years experience in a program management or product management position with an automotive seating supplier or automotive OEM. Special experience required Must have 2 years work experience in each of the following evaluating industrialization of manufacturing plant processes for automotive seating components; developing a multistage program plan for Asian automotive seating programs; performing risk assessment evaluations for Asian automotive seating trim programs to implement quick decisions; formulating monozukuri business case analyses for automotive seating trim programs and implementing approved changes in plant setting; coordinating plant program launch manufacturing activities for comfort and trim automotive seating components; evaluating foam seating component product design and manufacturing processes that use sewing lines, cutting, and small component assemblies. Experience may be acquired concurrently.
