Demonstrated experience or knowledge in each of the following R, Python, Matlab, andor Unix. With genotyping array data or nextgeneration sequence data analysis tools. Working with high performance compute clusters and job schedulers, such as LSF or Grid Engine. Exceptional communication skills oral and written as demonstrated by publications and presentations.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
