特殊技能:Five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or occupation developing and pitching investment opportunities, investment strategies, portfolio reviews, asset budgets internally to Portfolio Manager teams and Investment Committee; working for an Asset Owner, Asset Manager or real estate consultant in researchstrategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, asset management or investor relations; working with the global real estate investment industry, financial markets and investment processes; performing relationship management; and performing project management. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in the abovelisted fields and three 3 years of experience in the abovelisted skills.
