Must have 6 years of experience as Test Manager. Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employers Calhoun, GA office. Requires approximately 25 travel to other company worksite locations. Experience may be gained concurrently.br br Business Necessity Statement Continued from Section H.11... The position requires 10 years of experience analysis because he can then analyze the issues or problems and define approach to resolve by reading logs and error codes. The position requires 10 years of experience designing because he will review all design and understand project architecture and data flow for his indepth validation test strategy. The position requires 10 years of experience coding because then he can debug issues due to invalid code and perform code validation and fix code. The position requires 10 years of experience testing because its a huge project with many modules integrated and he needs to write extensive test plan based on his experience and drive testing efforts. The position requires 10 years of experience performance tuning because he can debug and performance bottlenecks in application and can fix and tune up the application. The position requires 10 years of experience documentation because he will have to write extensive documentation at each stage for application like use case, test plan, test summary report, postmortem report for the testing happened. The position requires 10 years of experience coordinating and working in an onsiteoffshore environment because we have team sitting in offshore and different near offshore locations and he should be well versed and flexible to drive efforts through them. The position requires 10 years of experience driving the offshore team for testing because of team are in different time zones which makes difficult to communicate and drive things, so he should have prior experience with managing offshore team.
