Currently, the team is comprised of four 4 Electrical Engineer I, one 1 Electrical Engineer II, one 1 Electrical Controls Engineer II and two 2 Senior Electrical Engineer.br br Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering must have the depth and breadth of experience to provide technical direction and guidance to the team of engineers, including leading the team through the initial idea and concept development, weighing tradeoffs of different designs, evaluating the data for designs to determine best performance, providing guidance in creating solutions that are achievable within the constraints of our product cost, timing, and quality, and delivering those solutions to our product teams.br br Accordingly, it is critical that the individual in the position of Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering have extensive experience in the field of electrical and controls engineering, including the ability to and the capacity to understand, execute and direct the execution of the above tasks by team members.
