The real driver to the success of our senior positions, including the Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering is having extensive experience and the capability of leading teams, managing high visibility projects, and extensive experience and mastery in the technical domain. We find that the overwhelming majority of persons reach this level of experience and capability after 10 years in technical positions.br br The position of our Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering is responsible for controls systems development within our products including motors, triggers, power electronics, batteries, and chargers.br This position is also responsible for recruiting and developing talent as high priority, including managing a team of up to eight 8 persons. Currently, the team is comprised of four 4 Electrical Engineer I, one 1 Electrical Engineer II, one 1 Electrical Controls Engineer II and two 2 Senior Electrical Engineer.br br Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering must have the depth and breadth of experience to provide technical direction and guidance to the team of engineers, including leading the team through the initial idea and concept development, weighing tradeoffs of different designs, evaluating the data for designs to determine best performance, providing guidance in creating solutions that are achievable within the constraints of our product cost, timing, and quality, and delivering those solutions to our product teams.br br Accordingly, it is critical that the individual in the position of Chief Electrical Engineer Controls Engineering have extensive experience in the field of electrical and controls engineering, including the ability to and the capacity to understand, execute and direct the execution of the above tasks by team members.
