特殊技能 This position requires a Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as an enterprise technology strategist, business analystbusiness development leader or closely related position; or a Masters degree in one of the above fields or a closely related field and 2 years of experience as an enterprise technology strategist, business analystbusiness development leader or closely related position.br br Experience, which may have been concurrently, must includebr 2 years of experiencebr o Conducting quantitative analyses using Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to build financial models, sales projections, and pricing models to identify opportunities for performance improvements;br o Analyzing business intelligence data on individual and organizational performance initiatives;br o Leading endtoend conceptualization and driving initiatives from development to execution of gotomarket strategies; andbr o Leveraging Airtable andor Atlassian Confluence to build processes around strategic sales enablement initiativesbr 1 year of experiencebr o In the use of business intelligence tools to extract and transform datasets;br o In the use and configuration of at least 2 of the following tools Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Looker to conduct sales pipeline analysis, projections and performance reporting to the executive team;br o In the use of Trello to manage enterprise pipeline across industries and build out sales reports;br o In the use of the AARRR framework to improve buyer journey and drive growth across the business; andbr o In defining and tracking commercial functionwide KPIs and OKRs via Asanabr Qualified candidates for consideration will be able to display an indepth knowledge and understanding across the followingbr o Developing sales qualification frameworks based on bestinclass enterprise SAAS approaches;br o Structuring and closing SaaS coseller agreementsbr o Devising KPIs;br o Creating quarterly OKRs for targeted goal setting;br o Accounting practices and financial modeling;br o The AARRR framework;br o Aggregate demand models;br o Bilinear and multilinear regression analyses; andbr o Market and financial modeling in the enterprise technology market.br br Travel requirements Must be able and willing to travel to Europe, Middle East and Asia, spending up to 40 of the role traveling internationally.
